The Result: A New Paradigm for Learning and Thriving
Dr. Forman’s primary passion is to empower others to live from their deepest core so they can experience their most profound freedom and fulfillment. As the President and Chief of the American Board of Psychoneurology he teaches physicians, mental healthcare professionals, and all interested students committed to living from their core, thrive in the world and help others do the same.
Courses from individual certifications, all the way up to the doctoral level in Psychoneurology, are all taught through the entirely new practice known as “Embodied Education,” a leading-edge experiential process that is based on what you live; versus what you learn!
This process is far broader and integrative than the old standard academic approach, with a focus on engendering emotional intelligence (EQ) or wisdom, even beyond gathering information (Intelligence) that is primarily used in cognition (IQ).
As Dr. Colbey Forman has stated, “Our process doesn’t discount the academic model, it merely requires a much deeper experience which is encoded in our nervous system. It becomes a part of who we are. This is the Neurology aspect of psychoneurology, and for us, intelligence becomes wisdom, only when it is embodied”.
Dr. Forman continues his speaking engagements on an international level as an advocate and educator of Psychoneurology and Embodied Education.
His unique approach to working with children labeled with ADD / ADHD and phobias has earned him the reputation as one of “America’s Most Successful Therapists.”
