Dr Forman Speaking about Psychoactive Drugs on Watchdog Radio
In the last thirty years, the number of people taking psychiatric drugs has more than tripled to over 100 million users today. This includes drugging 20 million schoolchildren with stimulants and other psychotropic drugs. Yet, there’s no scientific basis for all this drugging. But that hasn’t stopped psychiatrists from pronouncing themselves ”mental health experts.” Private insurance companies pay out $21 billion every year for psychiatric services in the U.S., and while raking in $165 billion annually, psychiatry cannot point to a single cure. But this week’s guest, Dr. Colbey Forman from Beurin University, is making sure all of his students are well aware of these facts through CCHR’s documentary, Psychiatry: An Industry of Death, something which he has made required study for his classes.
